Biopsies (pathologist exam of tissue sample not included)
Laceration repairs (stitches, medical super-glue)
Limited adult vaccines (Tetanus, Flu)
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments, $40 per session; established patients only

We want to keep you OUT of urgent care or ER, where care is expensive and the providers do NOT know you! If we are available to help you after-hours, we will.

Questions about insurance
Questions about insurance
You are treated the same in our primary care practice, whether you have insurance or you not. If you have insurance, we will keep that information on file and send it to outside services such as laboratory, radiology or outside consultations and THEY will bill the insurance.
We use our client prices on many services to help save you money if you have a high deductible plan. (We do not create superbills for reimbursement).
If you do NOT have insurance, we may be able to further cut your costs by ordering medications directly from wholesalers or getting you discounted labs thru Quest. We do not charge a draw fee when we draw labs in the office.
Without the burden of insurance billing and coding, we don't need layers of extra staff and can keep our practice small.

Labs
Labs
We draw labs in our office and send them to Quest. If you have insurance, Quest will bill your insurance. If you do not have insurance, we have contracted with Quest to offer significant self-pay discounts. We are transparent about our pricing and will be able to give you a quote before we draw your blood. We also do not charge a lab draw fee like other labs do (average $15). Check out the potential savings:
For a CBC, our charge is $7 but it is $63 at the local hospital
For a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, our price is $12 vs. their $106 charge
For a hemoglobin A1C, our price is $12 vs. their $52 charge

$75 registration fee (this is waived with registration of 5 or more employees)
We also offer membership to employee family members and blood draws done in office at 90% discount vs. competitors.

We offer wholesale-priced prescription medication, dispensed right from our office. Formulary options include antibiotics, inhalers, blood pressure and cholesterol medication, antidepressants and more. For patients with high deductible plans, this may be a more cost-effective way to get medications. Ask us if this can save you money and if your medications are available.
